Betty is seasoned Insurance Professional with leadership history in sales, education, call centers and facilities management. Betty has a double major in Finance and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix.  She holds several insurance designations as well as a certified call center manager designation.

She is an active member of her community, currently serving on various committees.  Betty has been married to Tracy for more than 20 years, and they have two sons, Jon and Andy.
