EP 84 Carl Ivey

Carl is a 48-year veteran of the life insurance business. As part of the home office team at
American Family Insurance, Carl provides coaching and education for the Company’s sales
agents to help them build success through providing the highest quality professional service to
their customers.

Carl found his true passion three years ago when he stumbled into sharing Thrive superior-
quality nutritional formula with friends and family. “There is nothing as gratifying as the light in
someone’s eyes when they feel so good that other people can see it,” Carl says. “It’s life as it
should by lived,” he says, “making a real and lasting difference in people’s quality of life.”

A 29-year resident of Madison, WI, Carl holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU); Chartered
Financial Consultant (ChFC); Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI) professional designations
and is an alumnus of UW-Whitewater with a degree in Finance.
