Day 1: Ground & Presence
You arrive. You exhale. You remember what it feels like to not be needed for a moment.
After check-in and a tour of The Mother Land, we gather for your Opening Ceremony. An intentional, sacred beginning. A signal to your nervous system that something different is happening here.
We close the day fireside. Conversations that go deeper than the surface. Connection. Rest. Surrender.
Day 2: Release & Open
This is where the real work happens.
Morning begins with a Dock Meditation, just you and the water, before we move into the sessions that will shift something fundamental in how you see yourself and what's possible for you.
Organic, garden-to-table meals nourish your body between breakthroughs. Custom sessions meet you exactly where you are. The day ends fireside again, softer than it started.
Day 3: Vision & Alchemy
Now you build.
With the weight lifted and the fog cleared, you'll unlock the power of your vision and begin to alchemize your biggest challenges into stepping stones. This day is about transformation that you can feel in your body, not just understand in your head.
Day 4: Embodiment & Closing
We close the way we should all move through life. Intentionally.
Your Closing Ceremony is a sacred integration of everything you've experienced. You leave differently than you arrived. Not just inspired. Equipped.

FAQ SECTION
What do I need to bring? Yourself. Comfortable clothes, a journal, and an open heart. We'll take care of everything else.
Is this right for me if I've never done anything like this? Especially if you've never done anything like this. Most women who come to RESET have never given themselves permission for something this intentional. That's exactly why it works.
Is this a religious retreat? It is spiritual but not religious. We work with embodiment, nervous system regulation, and intentional presence. All beliefs, backgrounds, and paths are welcome here.
What if I have dietary needs? Vegan and vegetarian options are available upon request. Please note any needs at registration.
