Program dates: Nov 7, 2026, through Feb, 2027

Delivery: Online learning sessions, coaching intensives, individual support, partner practice, field application, and observed coaching

Introductory tuition: $1,497 paid in full; or 4 monthly payments of $444 ($1,776)

Coaching Begins With Who You Are

Many people know how to give advice, solve problems, manage projects, or tell others what worked for them.

Coaching is different.

Effective coaching requires the presence to listen beneath the story; the awareness to recognize patterns without making assumptions; the confidence to ask questions that create insight; and the discipline to empower clients without fixing, rescuing, or creating dependency.

The Embodied Leader Coaching Certification begins with self-leadership because you cannot consistently create in others what you have not learned to embody yourself.

Before you coach another person through awareness, responsibility, regulation, or intentional action, you will explore how those principles operate in your own life and leadership.

Who This Certification Serves

This certification may be right for you if you want to:

  • Build an independent coaching practice
  • Coach for another company or professional platform
  • Add coaching to your consulting or fractional services
  • Develop people more effectively within your current organization
  • Strengthen your leadership, management, or HR capabilities
  • Transition from mentoring and advice giving into true coaching
  • Become more confident facilitating awareness and empowered action
  • Earn a coaching credential grounded in practice, feedback, ethics, and embodiment

You do not need to own a business; hold a particular title; or have your entire professional future figured out. You do need to be willing to examine yourself honestly, practice consistently, receive feedback, and take responsibility for your development. The sky is the limit and this is the program.

What Makes an Embodied Leader Different

An Excellence Coach helps clients become more aware of their thoughts, emotions, energy, preferences, relationships, choices, and impact.

The leader/coach does not prescribe the client’s answers.

The leader/coach creates the conditions in which the client can recognize what is happening, identify what is theirs to own, consider new possibilities, and choose intentional action. EMPOWERMENT in action.

Embodied Leader Coaches develop the capacity to support:

  • Self awareness and responsibility
  • Emotional intelligence and regulated presence
  • Alignment between values and behavior
  • Awareness of personal preferences and relational dynamics
  • Recognition of patterns and subconscious influences
  • Ownership without shame or blame
  • Committed action and meaningful accountability
  • Sustainable movement toward the client’s chosen result

This approach does not create dependence on the coach. It develops clients who are increasingly able to trust themselves, make intentional choices, and create their own movement.

Your Four Phase Certification Journey

Phase One: Become the Embodied Leader

Guiding question: Who am I, and how am I showing up?

You will explore the foundations of Embodied Leadership and deepen your awareness of the identity, values, beliefs, patterns, energy, relationships, and choices influencing how you lead.

The purpose of this phase is not to perfect yourself. It is to develop the awareness necessary to recognize your patterns, honestly assess how you are showing up, understand your impact, and make more intentional and empowering choices.

Phase Two: Become the Coach

Guiding question: How do I facilitate awareness and empowered action in another person?

You will learn how the foundational Embodied Leader tools support an effective coaching conversation. Through the CALMER™ Coaching Method, you will begin helping clients create awareness, recognize ownership, explore possibilities, and identify actions connected to the results they want to create.

This phase marks the transition from experiencing the work personally to facilitating awareness and intentional movement in others.

Phase Three: Coach with Confidence

Guiding question: How do I coach skillfully, ethically, and consistently?

Confidence is not created by memorizing a framework. It develops through practice, reflection, feedback, and refinement.

Through coaching labs, partner practice, volunteer coaching, observation, and developmental feedback, you will strengthen your presence, listening, questioning, professional judgment, and ability to remain grounded when coaching becomes challenging.

You will begin recognizing your natural coaching strengths, the habits that may interfere with your effectiveness, and the areas you want to continue developing.

Phase Four: Activate Your Legacy

Guiding question: Who have I become, and how do I choose to lead and contribute?

The certification concludes with a private Coach Showcase and Legacy Activation experience.

You will have an opportunity to reflect on your development; articulate the coach you have become; share a meaningful transformation or coaching experience; and identify how you intend to use this work moving forward.

The private participant experience will conclude with a celebration for invited family and friends.

Certification Is Demonstrated, Not Assumed

Completing the calendar alone does not create a coach.

Certification requires active participation and demonstrated development.

Requirements include:

  • Participation in the certification experience
  • Completion of required field work
  • Accountability partner and volunteer coaching practice
  • Required coaching recordings and reflections
  • Demonstration of coaching presence and client empowerment
  • Application of ethical standards and professional boundaries
  • Observed coaching and feedback using the certification criteria
  • Completion of the private Coach Showcase
  • Professional integrity throughout the certification journey

A business or strategy plan is not required for certification.

Optional Business Readiness Workshop

Not every Embodied Leader Coach will build an independent business.

Some graduates will coach within their current organization; some will work through a coaching or consulting company; some will add coaching to existing services; and others will build private practices.

For those who want to develop an independent coaching business, an optional Business Readiness Workshop will be offered on January 21.

The workshop will introduce positioning, discovery conversations, client onboarding, coaching packages, pricing, marketing, the client journey, and immediate business action planning.

Business building is one possible professional path; it is not part of the core coaching competency assessment.

Time and Participation

Most participants should plan for approximately two to three hours of learning, reflection, coaching practice, and field application during a typical week.

Intensive and final experience weeks will require additional time.

Because coaching competence develops through participation and practice, participants should be prepared to attend the live experiences; meet with their accountability partner; receive assigned coaching; complete field work; and practice with volunteer clients.

Why We Are Keeping Cohort 2 Small

Coaching is relational; learning to coach requires more than access to content.

A smaller cohort allows us to provide meaningful attention, observe participant development, offer useful feedback, and create a trusted environment for honest practice.

You will not enter this experience as an empty vessel waiting to be filled.

You already bring life experience, leadership, professional knowledge, strengths, lessons, and a unique perspective. This certification helps you integrate those experiences with an intentional coaching methodology and professional standards.

You Do Not Have to Feel Completely Ready

You may still be wondering:

Can I really become a coach?

Do I have enough experience?

What if I do not know exactly who I want to serve?

What if I do not want to build a business?

What if I am more comfortable mentoring or giving advice?

Those questions do not disqualify you.

They may be the very reason this experience is right for you.

You do not need to arrive as a finished coach. You need to arrive willing to learn, practice, receive feedback, and grow.

Step Into Your Next Level of Leadership

If you are ready to deepen your self-leadership while developing the competence and confidence to coach others, we invite you to join Cohort 2.

The journey begins Nov 7, 2026.
